Cardi B and Stefon Diggs Spark Reconciliation Rumors After Recent Public Appearances

Cardi B and Stefon Diggs may be giving their relationship another chance. The Grammy-winning rapper and the NFL star have recently been spotted together on several occasions following reports that they split earlier this year.

Now, a source claims the pair have managed to move past some of the issues that previously caused strain in the relationship.

Cardi B Reportedly Needed Space Earlier This Year

According to a source, Cardi B initially distanced herself from Diggs in February 2026 amid concerns about trust and ongoing tension between them. The insider said:

"Cardi pulled away from the drama in February. She didn't trust him and felt like things were going on behind her back. She wasn't in a place emotionally to deal with fighting and tension."

At the time, the rapper was focused on finishing her Little Miss Drama Tour, which ran from February through April. The source added that Cardi B also wanted stability for her children during that period.

The rapper, whose real name is Belcalis Almánzar, shares a son born in November 2025 with Diggs. She is also the mother of three children with estranged husband Offset, though the former couple's divorce has not yet been finalized.

Diggs Allegedly Made an Effort to Repair the Relationship

Despite the reported separation, the source claimed Cardi B "never closed the door completely" on the relationship. "He stepped it up a few weeks ago and showed her that he wants to make it work," the source continued.

"It was enough of an effort to get her attention. She still cares about him a lot," they added. Representatives for both Cardi B and Diggs were contacted for comment.

The reconciliation rumors intensified earlier this week when Cardi B attended Diggs' Diggs Deep Foundation Mother's Day wellness event in Washington, D.C. The two were reportedly seen showing affection while posing for photos together.

They had also sparked speculation in April after Diggs attended the rapper's Little Miss Drama Tour stop at Capital One Arena. According to reports, during the performance, she joked to the crowd, "I might get put on my back tonight."

Diggs was later seen attending her afterparty at Throw Social before the pair reportedly left the venue together.

In a September 2025 appearance on "TODAY With Jenna & Friends," the rapper revealed that the two were introduced through mutual friends. She said at the time:
