Victoria Beckham Stays Unbothered by Criticism Amid Ongoing Family Tensions

Cassie Ventura has left the United States following her testimony in Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal criminal trial. The singer is now building a quieter life abroad with her husband and growing family.
Cassie Ventura is turning over a new leaf after reliving her most traumatic years during the highly publicized federal criminal trial against her ex, Sean "Diddy" Combs. News has since emerged that the singer has left the United States entirely.

In a court declaration filed in her ongoing lawsuit against Clayton Howard — a male escort who claims he suffered sexual abuse at the hands of Combs and Ventura during so-called "freak-offs" — she stated:
"I reside outside of the United States. I do not intend to move back to the United States."

The 39-year-old, who was pregnant and living in New York when she took the stand during Combs' trial, further clarified her legal position, saying, "I am a citizen of the United States. I am not a resident of the State of California."
Her exact location abroad remains undisclosed. In the same declaration, however, Ventura noted that attending court and other legal proceedings would be far more manageable in New York, given that is where her legal team is based.
Combs and Ventura dated on and off for 11 years before parting ways for good in 2018. It wasn't until 2023 that Ventura found the courage to speak out about the sexual, physical, and emotional abuse she endured throughout their relationship.
Her testimony during Combs' trial — where he faced charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution — was both gripping and harrowing. She laid bare the volatile nature of their time together, alleging that he forced her to engage in sexual acts with multiple male escorts.

Recounting those experiences while heavily pregnant proved an immense burden. "It's been a very hard time for Cassie. It's been heartbreaking and horrific for her to relive these awful memories," a source shared last month. "She has had many years of trauma therapy to try and cope with what happened to her."
The insider further described the period leading up to the trial as "nerve-racking, stressful and exhausting" for Ventura, while adding that she "feels relieved that the time has come and she can put this behind her."
"Cassie's been trying to manage her stress levels as she is in her last trimester of her pregnancy and is going to give birth soon," the source continued. "It's been a lot for her emotionally and physically."
Ventura is expecting her third child with husband Alex Fine — a man the source credits as her anchor through the ordeal. "She credits him for saving her through the darkest times. He is the most patient and loving person and has never judged her for her past," the insider said.
"Having that kind of unconditional support has meant everything to her. He's really been her rock through this horrific time. She feels safe with him, something she has never felt before."
The source also acknowledged that there was a time Ventura had believed Combs might be her forever — before everything changed.
In the years since, she has stepped back from the entertainment industry and carved out a peaceful existence on the East Coast. And while life still presents its daily challenges, Ventura appears resolute in her determination to move forward.
"She and Alex live a very normal and quiet life now. She isn't interested in the spotlight or anything to do with Hollywood," the insider shared. "Her next venture will be philanthropic, and she wants to do something impactful. She is really focused on her family and raising her babies in a peaceful and normal environment right now."
