The former couple reunited over the weekend to celebrate their son Jack's high school graduation, with both sharing heartfelt tributes on Instagram.
Tom Brady and ex Bridget Moynahan came together over the weekend to mark a major family milestone — the high school graduation of their son, John "Jack" Thomas Edward Moynahan.

Tom marked the occasion with a heartfelt Instagram carousel capturing highlights from the ceremony. Also in attendance were Jack's younger siblings: brother Benjamin, 16, and sister Vivian, 13, whom Tom shares with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen.
The first image placed Jack front and center, flanked by his father and siblings, dressed in a deep red graduation gown and cap and proudly holding his diploma. The second saw Tom embracing the 18-year-old, one hand placed on his son's chest as he gazed at him with unmistakable pride.

In the third photo, Jack was once again the center of the frame — this time with both parents at his side. Bridget looked radiant in a sleeveless white and blue vertical-striped maxi dress, featuring a fitted, ruched bodice and a flowing skirt.
She completed the look with gold hoop earrings, layered necklaces, stacked bracelets, and tinted aviator-style sunglasses. Tom, equally polished, wore a well-tailored navy suit with a white dress shirt, a blue patterned tie, and a white pocket square.

Jack's paternal grandparents, Tom Sr. and Galynn, were also on hand to celebrate their grandson. Alongside the photos, Tom penned a touching tribute.
"One of the proudest days of my life, watching Jack walk across the stage, and graduate into the next chapter of what's already an impressive life," he wrote. "You are an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend amongst many other things."

He continued, "What makes me happiest is knowing who you are when no one is watching. The way you show up for your friends. The way you check on people having a hard day. The love you give our family, and the fact that you still let me win in 1v1 every once in a while."
Tom closed with an encouraging send-off, "This isn't an ending. It's a starting line. Whatever you chase next we know you'll find success in. Take the risks. Be kind. Be yourself. And know your family and friends are always right behind you cheering the loudest because you do the same for everybody else. We love you ❤️❤️❤️."

Bridget shared her own post on Instagram, uploading graduation snaps alongside some previously unseen photos of the teen. She kept her caption brief but warm, giving a nod to her co-parent:
"So proud of our boy Jack. We are all excited to see what you do next! @tombrady @andrewnyse #graduation #wedidit #proudparents."
Her husband, Andrew Frankel, was also present for the celebration.
The former couple dated for three years before splitting in December 2006. In a 2019 interview, Bridget reflected on the co-parenting dynamic they had built since then.
"Tom and I made a decision to raise a child together, and we both found partners that not only supported us in raising that child, but also loved our child as if he was their own," she said. "I don't think you can ask for more than that."
In addition to Jack, Bridget is also a stepmother to Andrew's three sons. The pair married in 2015.
