However, there's not much information about the rapper's dating history. CupcakKe's most known relationship was with Christopher Terrell, known as Wazir Willis, on social media.

In September 2019, CupcakKe announced in an Instagram Live video that she was retiring from music. According to the video, the rapper's decision comes from seeing a teenage girl dancing to one of her explicit tracks.

She said to her fans in the video that they know that she's been "a nice girl" all her career and had recently been sporadic to get her fans' attention. She would no longer make music and remove all her music from her social media platforms. The reason CupcakKe decided to "give up" or "let go" was that she felt she was "corrupting the youth," and didn't want to make music anymore.

In 2021, she became the "queen of TikTok" without realizing it after TikTokers posted remixes of the rapper's famous songs like "Deepthroat," and the posts got thousands of likes. At the time of publication, CupcakKe had already amassed 1,4 million followers on TikTok. The singer joked in a TikTok video that her lawyers had "been calculating" the hilarious remixes that fans were posting on the video platform.

The app allowed the talented singer to get a new audience, and she wrote the song "Marge Simpson." She said her next album would be "greatness at 10" and was in a better place after improving her mental health.

CupcakKe Scandal Remix

In her remix for her track released in 2020 titled "How to Rob (Remix)," CupcakKe called out over 20 well-known musicians. Some names include Lizzo, Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, Wiz Khalifa, Doja Cat, Tory Lanez, DaBaby, Lil Kim, Migos, and many more popular rappers in the music industry.

While taking aim at these top rappers, the 25-year-old also imitates the different flows in her track, including Flo Milli and Megan. Her lyrics reference certain rappers' stature and some of the drama surrounding some of them at the time.

The track did receive some criticism, especially for the part of the track that references Megan Thee Stallion and wanting her money and Megan Thee Stallion not being able to run because she "just got shot."

CupcakKe spoke out after the reaction to the song and replied to a fan on Twitter by saying it was a "beautiful thing" and she was showcasing her talent. She further said it's all love and asked the rappers mentioned not to be "sensitive."
