February 03, 2026

Life in the spotlight means every change is noticed. For the Kardashian-Jenner family, growing up in front of cameras and millions of social media followers has made their appearances a constant topic of discussion. Through the years, fans have closely watched how the famous family has evolved.
Being one of the most famous families in the world comes with constant attention for the Kardashian-Jenner clan. Their reality television fame and massive social media presence have placed their lives under near-constant public scrutiny.
Over the years, fans have noticed both subtle and dramatic changes in the family’s appearances. While some members have openly discussed cosmetic procedures, others have denied having work done. Age, skincare, and aesthetic treatments have all played a role in how the family looks today.
Here is a closer look at how members of the Kardashian-Jenner family have changed through the years.
Kris Jenner often surprises fans with her youthful appearance. Many observers say she looks closer to her children’s sibling than their mother.
In 2011, Kris revealed that Dr. Garth Fisher performed cosmetic work on her face. Years later, she shared that she visited Dr. Steven Levine in New York in 2025 for what she described as a quick refresh.
Her openness about cosmetic procedures has helped fuel ongoing conversations about how the Kardashian-Jenner family approaches beauty and aging.

Kourtney Kardashian, the eldest of the siblings, has been candid about one procedure from her past.
She admitted that she got breast implants when she was 22 years old. However, she later said that she would not have made the same decision if she could go back in time.
Over the years, Kourtney has also tried other beauty treatments. In 2022, she underwent a facial contouring procedure. Still, she has said that these types of treatments are not something she does frequently.

Kim Kardashian has been one of the most open family members about the cosmetic procedures she has tried.
Although she is widely known for her curves, the reality television star addressed speculation about implants in 2018. She underwent an X-ray to show that there were no implants in her butt.
Kim has acknowledged using a variety of cosmetic treatments. In 2022, she revealed that she had Morpheus treatments on her stomach. She has also spoken about using Botox as well as vampire facials and salmon sperm facials.
Her goal, she has said, is simply to maintain a youthful appearance.

Khloé Kardashian has also spoken publicly about cosmetic procedures and aesthetic treatments.
She revealed that she underwent a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Raj Kanodia, which changed her overall appearance. Khloé has also discussed using Botox, laser treatments, salmon sperm facials, and collagen threads.
In 2025, she explained that there are many non-surgical treatments people can try before choosing surgery. Still, she acknowledged that if she ever decided to pursue another procedure, she knows several doctors she trusts.

Kendall Jenner has repeatedly denied rumors that she has undergone major cosmetic surgery. In 2017, she said she had no plans to go under the knife, especially because of her modeling career. She has acknowledged trying baby Botox on her forehead but has said that is the extent of her procedures.
Instead, Kendall has focused on skincare treatments, partly because she has dealt with adult cystic acne. She has used microneedling treatments, sometimes called the "vampire facial," which involves plasma injections intended to improve skin texture and reduce fine lines.

Kendall has also offered two explanations for changes in her appearance. She believes she may have grown into her nose over time. She has also said that taking the acne medication Accutane made her nose appear smaller.
Accutane can shrink large oil glands known as sebaceous glands by lowering sebum production by up to 90 percent. The reduction of inflammation can also lead to smaller pores and a more refined appearance.

Kylie Jenner has also been open about some of the cosmetic procedures she has had. She began using temporary lip fillers as early as 2015. During an episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Kylie said that her lips were an insecurity and that fillers helped her feel more confident.
For years, she remained private about other procedures. In 2023, however, Kylie revealed that she had breast implants before becoming pregnant with her daughter Stormi in 2017.
She later expressed regret about the decision. Kylie said she wished she had waited and hoped to set a better example for her daughter. Looking back, she said that if she could do things differently, she would not change anything about her appearance.
