The "Cruel Summer" songstress sparked a discussion online this past month after fans noticed she looked "different" during a press appearance. Experts have since shared insight into whether she may have had cosmetic work done.

Taylor Swift has been making major headlines as of late, especially following the announcement of her engagement to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and the release of her latest album, "The Life of a Showgirl."

Shortly after the album came out, the hitmaker made an appearance on "The Graham Norton Show" alongside fellow stars Cillian Murphy, Greta Lee, Jodi Turner-Smith, and Domhnall Gleeson. However, it was the singer's visibly changed appearance that had fans talking.

Viewers particularly zeroed in on her facial features. "I don't normally comment on stuff like this but her Botox or thread person is doing her DIRTY. That looks like it hurts," one Redditor commented.

"I was so distracted by her eyes," another observed. "It's like her eyelids have disappeared 😳," a third noted. "Girl was gorgeous! I'm not trying to talk [expletive] but it's not good. Why is no one around her being honest. Her natural face was beautiful," a fourth added.

"The fact even the most conventionally attractive women who could not be more fit to the beauty standards still feel the need to get fillers and PS and still don't feel good enough just shows you how [expletive] it all is tbh," someone else lamented.

As the discussion continued, experts began sharing their insights into Swift's noticeably changed facial features. They suspected that Swift had filler in her cheeks, while also noting that her eyebrows appeared more angular than usual — an indication of possible Botox use.

According to Henry Ford Health, botox works by paralyzing certain facial muscles, which can subtly alter the shape of the brows when applied to that area.

Dr. Smita Ramanadham, a plastic surgeon based in New Jersey, told Daily Mail, "This is one of those things that is so subtle, I would think that if I didn't have trained eyes, maybe I would not have caught it right away."

"[But] her face is looking very full, especially in the cheek area. She has always had a youthful, rounder face, but compared to older pictures as an adult, [her face] is looking very full, and that to me just looks like she has had filler," she explained.

"Her eyes look a bit smaller too, it is very subtle, not as dramatic, but you get a sense her eyes are not as bright and as open, which can also be because of filler into the cheeks," Dr. Ramanadham continued.

Dr. Gary Linkov, a plastic surgeon in New York who has previously reviewed photos of the star, agreed. "I am seeing two main things that have changed to a degree, but not as dramatically as people make out," Dr. Linkov said.

"Her upper cheeks have a little more volume, it's just a subtle enhancement, [which would indicate filler] and her eyebrows look like they are a bit more arched than usual, [suggesting Botox]," he continued.

He added, "'I'm not seeing anything in her lips recently, however, I think she just kind of overlined the upper lip with her makeup." While Swift has yet to address the rumors, sources close to the megastar have denied that she has had any cosmetic work done.
