Look inside Tamron Hall's Life: Her Childhood, Husband, Beauty of Motherhood
Tamron Hall is a broadcast journalist and TV host with several awards under her belt. However, there's more to the 50-year-old than just her successful career.
Tamron Hall is a woman of many talents, she is an award-winning journalist, activist, and TV host with several awards to prove that she is a dominant force in the world of journalism. From being NBC's star anchor to becoming the backbone of her self-titled talk show, Hall keeps reaching greater heights.
The 50-year-old continues to succeed not only in her career but also in life. She is happily married with a beautiful child and seems to be perfect at being a wife and mother. However, Hall's story began from humble beginnings.
Tamron Hall (was born in Luling, Texas) was raised by her mother, grandfather, and stepfather. Although she came from a low-income household, that didn't stop her childhood from being wonderful, and according to Hall, she wouldn't trade those memories for anything.
Her stepfather ensured she had a proper education before joining the workforce, and after college, Hall worked at KBTX in Texas as a reporter before spending four years working at KTVT in Dallas.
This led her to a 10-year job at WFLD in Chicago, where she earned her first Emmy nomination for "The Bottom Line," her consumer report segment, and that was the start of her fame.
In 2019, Hall surprised the world with the two shocking announcements - her pregnancy and her marriage to Steven Greener. The reporter disclosed in an interview that her relationship with Greener began in 2017 after she left NBC. In her words,
"Steven was my first and only boyfriend who did not have to turn on the TV to see me, and I think that's been important."
She and the music manager were friends for years before their relationship turned romantic. Hall decided to keep her marriage to Greener a secret because she considered it a matter of privacy.
LIFE AS A MOM
In September 2019, Hall announced the birth of her first child and son Moses with a picture she uploaded on Instagram, which captured the mother cradling her newborn son while wearing a hat with his name embroidered on it.
She disclosed several pregnancy pictures in August when she was 32 weeks along and confessed that she waited until her doctor confirmed her baby was stable before sharing the news with fans.
The former "Today" host admitted (five months after Moses' birth) that motherhood was a wonderful experience which came with challenges. Hall stated that motherhood was difficult not because she had to "change diapers," but she had to "shape and mold" her son's life.
She also praised her husband for being the type of father who enjoyed spending time with his son and recalled a moment when the music executive went out for pancakes with their son.
As for juggling her talk show, "Tamron Hall," along with her duties as a mother, the 50-year-old confessed that the pressure could be overwhelming. However, she has devised a schedule that works perfectly for everyone.
She spends Mondays with her son after shooting. On Wednesdays, she takes Moses to music class, and Hall spends her Fridays working from home to create new topics for her show.
