Inside 'Sister, Sister' Star Tia Mowry's Fabulous Life of Wife and Mother of Two Children
Tia Mowry rose to fame alongside her twin sister, Tamera, as the stars of the show "Sister, Sister." However, the 42-year-old has grown from a teen-star into a woman with a remarkable life.
Tia Mowry won the hearts of millions with her twin sister in several popular TV shows like 1994's "Sister, Sister." Tia made headlines once more with her marriage to the actor Cory Hardrict, and the media power couple's love story continues to inspire people to date.
Mowry has grown since her days as a teen-star, and over the years, the 42-year-old has achieved success and lives a good life with her adoring husband and beautiful kids.

TIA MOWRY AND CORY HARDRICT MARRIAGE
Tia and Cory's relationship began when they met in L.A., where Cory worked doing various odd jobs, and Tia was still enjoying the success of her time on "Sister, Sister."
The twins were driving by when they spotted Hardrict waiting and offered to give him a ride. The actor confessed that he had been embarrassed to accept their kind offer, but he became good friends with the sisters ever since that fateful day.

Tia and Cory dated for six years before they got engaged in 2006 and said their vows on April 20, 2008, in Santa Barbara. They are blessed with two children - son Cree Taylor Hardrict and daughter Cairo Tiahna Hardrict.
According to Cory, he knew Tia was the woman for him because she loved him while he was struggling to build his career, and he made up his mind to marry her once his financial situation improved.
WHY THEY WAITED BEFORE KISSING
The lovebirds courted each other for a year before they began dating in 2000. During their courtship, they never spent time alone without a third party and took things slow.
According to Tia, they waited a year before sharing their first kiss, which happened during a picnic at the park. Cory asked for her permission before kissing her.
The "Twitches" star revealed that her husband taught her to "believe" in herself, and he remains her "biggest supporter" to date.

MOTHERHOOD
In 2011, Tia welcomed her firstborn and son, Cree, then her daughter, Cairo, in 2018. Her responsibilities as a mother were made easier by the lack of gender-based roles in her home, which meant that she and Cory equally divided their duties as parents.
During an interview in 2015, the former teen-star disclosed that her husband did chores around the house like dish-washing and putting them to bed.

Last year, the mother-of-two revealed during an interview that the couple and their children slept together. She stated that her son had slept in their bed until he turned four while her daughter had been sleeping there since birth.
However, the actress's mother, Darlene Mowry, advised her daughter to allow her children to sleep in their beds, which Tia was against as she wanted her children to be comfortable without any form of stress.
