He starred in "Happy Gilmore 2" alongside Adam Sandler, playing Oscar Mejias. He also appeared in "Caught Stealing" with Austin Butler and Zoe Kravitz, where he played the role of Colorado. Landing roles in two high-profile films in the same year underscored his growing demand in Hollywood.

The upcoming film, titled "Porto Rico," is described as a love letter to Bad Bunny’s home, Puerto Rico. The 31-year-old superstar has long celebrated his roots through his music, and this project reflects that continued connection.
The film is set to be directed by rapper Rene Perez, known as Residente. It has been in development since 2023 and is partly based on the life of Maldonado Roman, a revolutionary figure from the 19th and early 20th century.
The role not only marks Bad Bunny’s first leading part but also ties closely to his heritage. The story’s historical elements and cultural focus suggest a meaningful chapter in his evolving career.
